To do this right, we want to hire true "experts" in specific roles so we can build an incredibly strong foundation. While knowing how to handle other design work is absolutely a huge plus and highly valued, your primary expertise needs to be rooted in flawless web development and execution.
Deep, expert-level understanding of HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, and responsive design principles.
Proven expertise with Shopify (Liquid) and/or BigCommerce platforms.
Bonus: Experience with graphic design, UI/UX, or other creative work is a massive plus, but your core strength must be development.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to strictly adhere to project timelines and deadlines.
A positive, problem-solving attitude and a highly collaborative mindset.
