Mike brings deep marketing and business development expertise to Cre8tive Logic, shaped by a career that spans both global business and military service. A U.S. Navy veteran, Mike’s time in uniform instilled a strong foundation of discipline, leadership, and strategic thinking—qualities he’s carried into every role since. Prior to joining Cre8tive Logic, he served as Vice President of Marketing and Business Development at Valco Companies, Inc., a global leader in agricultural equipment based in New Holland, PA, where he led international marketing and product management programs. Today, Mike leverages his diverse experience to help our clients grow, adapt, and lead in competitive markets.

David brings over two decades of experience in creative strategy and brand management to Cre8tive Logic. Before joining the team, he founded Forge Advertising, where he spent more than 10 years developing impactful marketing and advertising campaigns for both emerging and established brands. Today, David continues to lead with innovative thinking and a results-driven approach that helps clients stand out in competitive markets.

Hannah brings over a decade of experience in design, marketing, and strategy to Cre8tive Logic. A graduate of Millersville University, she joined the agency right out of college and has grown alongside it—working her way up to lead the creative department. Known for her drive, attention to detail, and passion for growth, Hannah continually pushes boundaries to ensure our work not only looks great, but delivers real results for our clients.

Nick is a West Chester University graduate with a B.F.A. in Graphic & Interactive Design and a minor in Media & Culture. As Cre8tive Logic’s Lead Graphic Designer, he brings a thoughtful, purpose-driven approach to every project. With three years at the agency, Nick is passionate about creating work that not only looks great, but makes a meaningful impact on the world around him.

Ben is a graduate of Penn State University, where he studied psychology. With a passion for helping people and a growing interest in the creative industry, Ben found his way to Cre8tive Logic. He began his journey in our Kultiv8 call center, where he quickly stood out and transitioned into our Account Services team. Ben now plays a key role in ensuring projects stay on track and our clients receive high-quality work on time. Thoughtful and dependable, Ben brings a people-first mindset to every client interaction.

Katie is a York College graduate who joined Cre8tive Logic with a year of agency experience already under her belt. Known for her precision and efficiency, Katie excels at tackling detailed design work—whether it's product brochures, social media content, or client presentations. Her design style is clean, focused, and always aligned with project goals. In addition to her design skills, Katie brings a strong talent for photography, capturing everything from facility environments to polished product shots with a sharp eye and refined editing touch. She’s a go-to creative for high-quality, detail-driven work.

Jacob began his journey with Cre8tive Logic in our call center, where his determination and work ethic quickly stood out. After just a year, his drive and ability to connect with others earned him a promotion to Sales Specialist. In his role, Jacob is focused on building relationships—reaching out to potential clients, scheduling personalized presentations, and leading open conversations to explore how Cre8tive Logic can meet their unique needs. Always eager to learn, Jacob is a true sponge—asking thoughtful questions and constantly expanding his knowledge to better support our team and clients.
