To do this right, we want to hire true "experts" in specific roles so we can build an incredibly strong foundation. While knowing how to handle other design or photography work is absolutely a huge plus and highly valued, your primary expertise needs to be rooted in flawless video production and editing.
Expert-level understanding of lighting, composition, camera operation, and visual storytelling.
Proficiency in industry-standard editing software (Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut, and/or After Effects).
Bonus: Experience with photography, motion graphics, or graphic design is a massive plus, but your core strength must be video.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to strictly adhere to project timelines and shooting schedules.
A positive, problem-solving attitude and a highly collaborative mindset on set and in post-production.
